Michael Ferreira serves as Senior Vice President of U.S. Fleet Sales at Stellantis, a position he assumed in April 2025. In this role, he leads Stellantis’ commercial and fleet sales strategy across the United States, working closely with the company’s retail sales leadership to revitalize and grow the fleet business. His appointment came as Stellantis moved to address recent challenges in U.S. fleet volumes and deepen its commercial market engagement.

Before joining Stellantis, Ferreira was Vice President of Corporate Mobility at AutoNation, where he oversaw fleet operations and mobility strategies. His career includes senior leadership roles at Octo Telematics, Hertz, and Porsche/Volkswagen Financial Services, where he led operations and strategic growth both domestically and internationally. His experience spans rental fleets, telematics, and automotive finance, including launching global fleet management ventures and go-to-market initiatives for major OEMs.

At Stellantis, Ferreira is focused on enhancing the commercial business through innovation—leveraging connected vehicle technologies, digital fleet solutions, and a customer-centric approach tailored to evolving mobility needs. His leadership aims to position Stellantis as a forward-thinking provider in the U.S. fleet and commercial vehicle space.

Michael Ferreira holds a Doctorate in Business Management from the University of Liverpool in collaboration with the Swiss Management School. He also earned an MBA from the University of Liverpool. His academic and professional background reflects a strong blend of analytical insight, global business leadership, and deep industry knowledge.
